Nestled in the Cornish countryside at a former flour mill near Liskeard, I grow beautiful seasonal eco cut flowers and a range of edible flowers throughout the year. Posies, seasonal bouquets and flowers by post, all grown here in Cornwall, are available to purchase all year round with festive wreaths and garlands making an appearance in December. Many of the flowers I grow are not commonly found in highstreet florists – they are old fashioned favourites, often scented and lend themselves to being naturally arranged into beautiful seasonal bouquets. My flowers are grown without the use of chemicals or pesticides – the blooms are enjoyed by the many visiting bees and butterflies – caring for the environment is central to my growing ethos.

As each bunch of British flowers is freshly picked to order, dependng on what is looking at its best in the garden, each bouquet is unique and beautiful – and always typical of the season.

As the great bard said “At Christmas I no more desire a rose than wish a snow in May’s new-fangled mirth, but like of each thing that in season grows.”

All the flowers I use have been grown without chemicals here at The Flower Mill Cornwall – on rare occasions I may have to supplement my own flowers with those  from other Cornish growers.

Edible Flowers

I grow a wide range of beautiful edible flowers here in Cornwall. They can be used to enhance your salads, decorate your cakes or to simply dress your dishes. Vibrant colours, delicate flavours – all my edible flowers are naturally grown and handpicked to order.
