About Us
Avon Bulbs is a small reputable family owned company that looks after its customers and offers a good range of the more spectacular but garden worthy flower bulbs in the biggest sizes available. We supply bulbs and plants from our nursery in Somerset and deliver by mail order to anywhere in the European Union, Channel Islands and Switzerland. Unfortunately we cannot supply to the United States, Canada or Norway.

We are located near South Petherton in Somerset and if you are ordering from somewhere local we are happy to waive the postage and, by arrangement, have you call to collect your pre-ordered goods. We currently produce two catalogues a year – the Autumn Catalogue published in June for Autumn planted bulbs that flower in the following Spring and a Spring Catalogue published at Christmas for bulbs to plant in early Spring that flower mainly in the Summer. Whilst you continue to order we will keep you on our mailing list!

We have an enviable reputation on the show circuit. We won a Gold Medal at the 2015 RHS Chelsea Flower Show and have won Gold Medals at every Chelsea Flower Show over the past 23 years, a tally of 28 Chelsea Gold Medals in total! We have also won a Gold Medals at RHS February Show, Malvern, Birmingham and Hampton Court . Details of how we handle your order can be found under in our Terms and Conditions, please take a moment check it out if you are making an order.

If you are travelling in the area or picking up an order from the nursery and need somewhere to stay overnight , we have a self contained annexe for bed and breakfast accommodation.

We supply all kinds of bulbs and some seeds.
