| Friary Gardeners offers horticultural training and greater independence to adults with a wide spectrum of leaning difficulties in the Hastings and Rother area. Friary Gardeners is a non profit making scheme and forms part of the Parchment Trust – a charity working in the field of learning disability and multiple and profound disability. | ||

Facilities Our delightfull Victorian farm complex comprises a cluster of original old buildings and two walled gardens. It is flanked by St Helen’s Woods, On site facilities include: 4 poly tunnels A propogation unit Organic vegetable gardens Display flowerbeds A woodwork room Recreational gardens for activities A craftroom Victorian farm buildings incorporating WC facilities and storage areas. Kithen & classroom Access All parts of the garden complex are wheelchair accessible. We have raised beds to enourage individual growing projets and to widen opportunities to people in wheelchairs with limited ability.
