There has been a plant nursery on this site for two decades. It was purchased in 2008 and has been independently run ever since. Vast improvements have been made over the years to include a covered seasonal bedding area, a dedicated tunnel for shade dwelling plants and paved areas.

The team have a wealth of horticultural knowledge should you require assistance, the advice is ALWAYS free!

Alban Hill Nurseries prides itself on the fact it can choose what it wants to grow & sell  allowing for a greater range compared to the larger garden centre groups. The plants we buy in from selected growers are mainly UK growers, sometimes, however, we do buy from Europe.
